7.番茄冷湯

         2.將月桂葉,培根炒香,加入蒜末,洋蔥丁,姜末用牛奶油拌炒後,到入湯中,用大火煮沸後加入調味料,轉小火繼續煮約2小時,用玉米粉勾芡,放入冰箱冷藏。食用時可加入少許鮮奶油一起食用。

Material:  tomato — 5  onions — 1  carrot — 2  circles cabbage — 1 west celery— 1spoon potato—1  soil bean — 6 slices  laurels leaf's — 2 slices  gingers( slice the end)- 2 slices  garlic tip— 1spoon  corn powder.

Seasoning:1Salt-2spoons  sugar — 2spoons  ketchups — 3spoons tomatos plaster— 1 pepper — half spoon.
